By making a booking with Giada Nails, a deposit is required to secure your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation and reschedule policies. 

Appointment Cancellation or Reschedule Policies: 

•   The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation or no-show. Once a deposit has been made, it will not be returned to the customer, regardless of the reason for the cancellation or reschedule. 
• If You wish to reschedule your appointment and save your deposit for the new appointment date, You must notify Us at least 48 hours  before the originally scheduled appointment date.
